120 smackers for the week, including 6 doubles and a 20 miler. I did most of the runs at plodding pace (7:00-7:30). But the good news is that I found 120 miles no bother. The fact that 120 miles was a doddle suggests that I might just have the old Optimized Fat Metabolism (OFM) sussed. And with that, I’ll be starting base training next week.
